ライセンス

ATFXは、金融サービス業界のなかでも規制と監督が厳格に行き届いた分野で事業を展開しています。当社の業務は、事業運営のあり方を定める各国・各地域の幅広い規制の適用を受けます。これには、取引を行うために一定水準の資本を保有することを義務づける自己資本規制も含まれます。

規制の変更はEUからももたらされており、新たなデータ保護規則も導入されています。これにより、お客様からご提供いただく個人情報の収集・利用方法が適切に保護されます。

規制当局について

英国のAT Global Markets (U.K.) Limitedは、金融行為規制機構（FCA）の認可を受け、その監督下にあります。

AT Global Markets SA (Pty) Ltdは、南アフリカの金融セクター行為監督機構（FSCA）の規制を受け、店頭（OTC）デリバティブ業者として登録されています。

AT Global Markets (Australia) Pty Ltdは、オーストラリア証券投資委員会（ASIC）の規制を受けています。

ATFX MENA Financial Services LLCは、アラブ首長国連邦の資本市場庁（CMA）の規制を受けています。

キプロスのATFX Global Markets (C.Y.) Limitedは、キプロス証券取引委員会（CySEC）の規制を受けています。

AT Global Markets Intl Ltdは、モーリシャスの金融サービス委員会（FSC）のライセンスを取得しています。

AT Global Markets (SC) Limitedは、セーシェルの金融庁（FSA）の規制を受けています。

AT Global Financial Services (HK) Limitedは、香港証券先物委員会の認可を受け、その監督下にあります。

カンボジアのATFX (Cambodia) Company Limitedは、カンボジア証券取引規制当局の規制を受けています。

AT Global Markets Intl Ltdは、2025年決議第2065号に基づき、コロンビア金融監督庁からコロンビア国内における駐在員事務所の設置および運営の認可を受けています。

金融行為規制機構（FCA）は英国に拠点を置く金融規制機関であり、英国政府から独立して運営されています。FCAは金融サービス業界の登録業者から手数料を徴収し、消費者向けにサービスを提供する金融機関を規制するとともに、英国の金融市場の健全性を維持しています。

金融セクター行為監督機構（FSCA）は、金融機関の業務行為を監督し、金融分野における消費者保護を確保する南アフリカの規制機関です。厳格な規制と監督を通じて、金融市場の効率性と健全性を高め、支えることを主な使命としています。

オーストラリア証券投資委員会（ASIC）は、企業、金融、投資の各分野を監督するオーストラリアの主要な規制当局です。同国政府によって設立され、規制の執行、透明性の推進、オーストラリアの金融市場の健全性確保を担っています。
資本市場庁（CMA）は、2026年1月1日より、アラブ首長国連邦におけるオンショア証券・商品市場の独立した規制当局として機能します。2025年連邦法令第32号により、証券商品庁（SCA）の後継機関として設立されました。
キプロス証券取引委員会（通称CySEC）は、キプロスの金融規制機関です。EU加盟国として、CySECの金融規制および業務運営は、欧州のMiFID（金融商品市場指令）による法制度の調和に準拠しています。

2005年証券法に基づき、FSCはモーリシャスにおけるノンバンク金融市場の規制当局です。その監督対象には、証券取引所、清算・決済機関、証券取引システム、集団投資スキームおよび仲介業者が含まれます。

FSAは、国際的なベストプラクティスに沿って国際金融およびノンバンク金融分野を発展・規制・監督するために設立されました。業界の安全性と健全性を推進し、安全で競争力のある金融センターとしてのセントビンセント・グレナディーン諸島の評価向上に努めています。

香港の証券先物委員会（SFC）は、証券・先物市場の公正性、透明性、健全性を確保するために設立された法定機関です。市場参加者を監督し、法令を執行し、不正行為を防止するための規制を整備するとともに、投資家教育を推進し、国際金融センターとしての香港の地位向上に取り組んでいます。

カンボジア証券取引規制当局（SERC）は、非政府証券の発行および取引に関する法律（Preah Reach Kram No NS/RKM/1007/028）に基づいて設立されました。SERCはカンボジアの証券業界を規制し、一般投資家・証券投資家からの資金調達を通じて事業者の資金需要に応え、社会経済の発展に貢献しています。

コロンビア金融監督庁（SFC）は、国内金融市場の健全性と安定性を維持する責任を負う国家機関です。国際的な側面では、コロンビア国内に設置された外国金融機関の駐在員事務所に対し、厳格かつ専門的な監督を行っています。これらの事業体に対する規制上の役割は、その活動が認可されたサービスの勧誘の範囲に厳密に限定されていることの確保、法令遵守の検証、およびコロンビア国内における無認可の金融仲介行為の防止に重点を置いており、現地の投資家および消費者の保護を主たる目的としています。

ATFX is not authorized by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) to offer intermediation or distribution services for securities issued abroad to investors residing in the Federative Republic of Brazil. Currently, ATFX does not operate nor actively offer intermediation services in Brazil. By accessing this website, investors declare that they are aware of the applicable legal restrictions and agree that they are operating outside the jurisdiction of the CVM. Investments abroad are not covered by the protection mechanisms existing in Brazil, such as the MRP and the FGC. With the objective of enabling future regularized operations, ATFX has entered into a contract for the provision of foreign intermediation services with the Brazilian brokerage firm Levycam CCTVM (CNPJ 50.579.044/0001-96), as provided for in CVM Guidance Opinion No. 33/2005.
